Agency Permits

Processing and obtaining environmental agency permits is a skill that B&H principals have been doing for the past 20 plus years in the ever-changing environment of environmental permits. Agencies include:

B&H provides land development approval services under consulting agreements with major public and private homebuilders, banks, and investors.  Tasks include the coordination of Improvement Plan design, Final Map, Landscape Plans, Dry Utility Plans, value engineering, scopes of work, and bidding of all land development improvements to allow for timely and coordinated construction of subdivison improvements by our customers. Improvement coordination includes grading, wet utilities, dry utitilies, paving, bridges, water tanks, trunk sewer facilities, wetland mitigation, parks, schools, etc.  B&H processes between 400 - 600 lots through improvement plan approval each year.

Land Development Approvals



John Bayless is a licenced California Real Estate Broker and provides land brokerage services for residential single family detached and multi-family projects in the greater Sacramento Area.  Having spent 10 years as a Division President for a regional builder, he developed excellent relationships with management of other national and regional builders active in the greater Sacramento region.
